ICS Wedding Car provides luxury car rental services for weddings and special events. The terms of each rental, including pricing, vehicle availability, and rental duration, are specified at the time of booking.

3. Booking and Payment

3.1. Booking Process: To book a vehicle, you must complete the online booking form or contact us directly. All bookings are subject to availability.
3.2. Payment: A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the rental date. We accept payment by credit/debit card or bank transfer.

3.3. Cancellation: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the rental date will incur a cancellation fee equal to the full rental price.

4. Rental Period

4.1. Start and End Times: The rental period begins and ends at the times specified in your booking confirmation. Any changes to the rental period must be agreed upon in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
4.2. Overtime: If the vehicle is returned late, additional charges will apply based on our hourly rates.

5. Vehicle Condition and Use
5.1. Vehicle Condition: All vehicles are provided in a clean and well-maintained condition. It is your responsibility to inspect the vehicle upon delivery and report any existing damage or issues.
5.2. Use of Vehicle: You agree to use the vehicle in a careful and lawful manner. The vehicle must not be used for any illegal activities, racing, or driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
5.3. Damage: You are responsible for any damage to the vehicle during the rental period, excluding normal wear and tear. You must report any damage or accidents to us immediately.

6. Insurance and Liability
6.1. Insurance: Our vehicles are fully insured for rental use. However, you may be liable for an excess amount in the event of damage or theft.
6.2. Liability: We are not liable for any loss or damage to personal property, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services.
